All Sales Are Final
All purchases made through Roof Visualizer Pro — including the $25 Test Drive, monthly and annual subscription plans, batch visualization credits, and additional team user seats — are non-refundable.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Why We Don't Offer Refunds
Every visualization consumes real compute resources the moment it's generated. Unlike a physical product that can be returned, AI-rendered images cannot be "un-generated."
That's why we offer the $25 Test Drive — 50 full visualizations with no subscription required. It gives you everything you need to evaluate the tool on real properties before making a subscription commitment.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard settings.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain full access until then.
No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
Unused batch credits remain in your account and do not expire.
Exceptional Customer Service
While all sales are final, we are committed to resolving any issues you encounter. If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from using the platform, our support team will work with you to resolve it.
