Roof Visualizer Pro is a mobile application designed for roofing professionals to visualize different roof colors and materials on property photos using AI technology. The app is provided as a sales tool and visualization aid.

3. User Account

• You must be 18 years or older to use this app
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for all activities under your account

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Roof Visualizer Pro offers subscription plans (Free Trial, Platinum, and Diamond) available for purchase through Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Payment is processed by Google Play or Apple App Store
• Refunds are handled according to the respective app store's policies
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through the app store settings

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Upload inappropriate or offensive content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the app
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the app to misrepresent products or services to customers

6. Intellectual Property

The Roof Visualizer Pro app, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Roofing Visualizer Pro LLC. Manufacturer product names, colors, and branding remain the property of their respective owners (GAF, Owens Corning, CertainTeed, etc.).

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Visualizations are approximations and may not exactly match actual roofing products. We do not guarantee that visualizations will be error-free or that the app will be continuously available.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roofing Visualizer Pro LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app. Your continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
