One refund per customer. This guarantee cannot be used repeatedly across multiple accounts.
What Happens After a Refund?
Your subscription will be canceled and your account will revert to the free tier. You'll retain access to any visualizations you've already created, but you won't be able to generate new ones beyond the free tier limits.
