Included Monthly Credits
Your plan includes 200 (Starter), 400 (Pro), or 800 (Elite) visualizations per month. These reset automatically at the start of each billing cycle.
Notification at Limit
When you've used all your included credits, you'll see a notification in the visualizer. Your monthly credits will renew at the start of your next billing cycle.
Buy Credit Packs
Purchase additional credits anytime from Settings → Buy Credits. Credits are $0.33 per visualization with a $10 minimum purchase. Purchased credits never expire and carry over month to month.
How it works: Your included monthly credits are always used first. Purchased credit packs are only used after your monthly allotment is exhausted. When your subscription renews, your monthly credits reset — but your purchased credits stay untouched.
Common Questions
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. You'll keep access through the end of your billing period.
Is there a free trial?
Yes! Every plan offers an optional 7-day free trial for new subscribers. You'll get 30 visualizations with full access to your chosen tier's features — the only restriction is a locked watermark until you pay. At checkout, choose to start your trial or pay immediately. If you don't cancel before day 7, you'll be charged for your selected plan.
Can I change plans later?
Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle with no interruption.
Do unused visualizations roll over?
Monthly included credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. However, purchased credit packs never expire and carry over indefinitely until used.
What happens when I hit my monthly limit?
You'll see a notification in the visualizer. To continue, purchase a credit pack from Settings → Buy Credits (minimum $10). Your monthly credits will also reset at the start of your next billing cycle.

How accurate are the visualizations?
Our AI uses real manufacturer product data and colors to give homeowners a realistic preview of their new roof. Color accuracy may vary slightly by screen — consult with your local roofing contractor for an actual product sample before making a final decision.
Can I add team members?
Pro plans include 2-5 seats, and Elite plans support 6-12 seats. Additional seats are available at a per-seat monthly cost. Need more than 12 seats? Contact sales for a custom plan.
Can I use this on a showroom display or kiosk?
Yes — Presentation Mode goes full screen and hides all internal controls. It's built for in-home presentations on a laptop, walk-up retail displays, trade show booths, and showroom kiosks. Snap a photo with your device's camera and visualize on the spot.
