Use the form below to request deletion of your Roof Visualizer Pro account and all associated data. This applies to both the web application and mobile apps.

What happens when you delete your Roof Visualizer Pro account:

  • Your account and profile information will be permanently deleted from our servers
  • All uploaded property photos and roof visualizations will be removed
  • Your saved projects, proposals, and before/after comparisons will be deleted
  • Any active Stripe subscription will be cancelled
  • This process may take up to 30 days to complete across all systems

Important: Cancel Your Subscription First

If you have an active Starter or Pro subscription, please cancel it before requesting account deletion to avoid future charges. All billing is managed through Stripe:
