Use the form below to request deletion of your Roof Visualizer Pro app account (available on Google Play Store and Apple App Store) and all associated data.

What happens when you delete your Roof Visualizer Pro account:

  • Your account and profile information will be permanently deleted from our servers
  • All uploaded property photos and roof visualizations will be removed
  • Your saved projects, proposals, and before/after comparisons will be deleted
  • Any active subscription will be cancelled (manage via Google Play or App Store)
  • This process may take up to 30 days to complete across all systems

Important: Cancel Your Subscription First

If you have an active Platinum or Diamond subscription, please cancel it through the app store before requesting account deletion to avoid future charges:
